The Institute for Biological Research in Israel and the international pharma company NRx Pharmaceuticals announced that over the weekend a shipment of 1,125 doses of the COVID vaccine landed in Georgia to expand the second phase of the local vaccination campaign.

It was reported that in parallel with the recruitment of volunteers and the completion of the second phase in the various centers in the country, NRx will expand the second phase abroad in order to increase the statistical sample data and prepare regulatory approval for further trials and the third phase abroad.

The Biological Institute will accompany the process and continue to provide data along with scientific assistance to complete the experiments.
