One person has died and another three people were injured in a horrific accident on Highway 4 overnight, Behadrey Haredim reports.
A vehicle with a number of passengers stopped at the side of the road to repair a puncture, it appears. The four passengers got out of the vehicle and were struck by a passing car. Two were seriously injured and two were moderately injured. One of those seriously injured later succumbed to his wounds and passed away.
Police are opening an investigation.
