A source close to Polish President Andrzej Duda estimated on Wednesday evening that he will sign the “Restitution Law”.
"Once the law comes before him, he has 21 days to decide whether to sign it. The considerations that will accompany him will be in the interests of Poland," the source told Kan 11 News.
