A Taliban spokesman made clear in an interview with Al-Jazeera on Sunday that there is currently no ceasefire agreement in Afghanistan.
"The Afghan government has chosen to declare war on us. There is no ceasefire agreement in the country. The steps we have taken have only been in response to the violence the government has used against us," he said.
