Health officials in Mexico reported that over the past 24 hours, 20,018 residents have been infected by COVID-19, while 515 have died of virus-related symptoms.
Since the beginning of the crisis, more than 2.9 million locals have been infected, while 244,248 have succumbed to Corona.
