Speaking on Reshet Bet this morning, former director-general of the Health Ministry and current director of Barzilai hospital in Ashkelon Prof. Hezi Levy discussed the recent rise in the number of reported cases of coronavirus.

"Hospitals may reach the point where they are forced to empty internal medicine wards in order to accommodate coronavirus patients," he said. "The more coronavirus cases we have to treat, the less we are able to treat patients suffering from other diseases."
