Report: Banks in Gaza refuse to distribute Qatari grant to Hamas

Banks in the Gaza Strip are refusing to distribute the Qatari grant to beneficiaries among Hamas, for fear of being indicted by US anti-terrorism law, Galei Tzahal reported.
