The heads of the Eretz Yisrael lobby in the Knesset, MK Yoav Kisch and MK Orit Strook, responded to the lynching attempt against the inspectors who came to distribute demolition orders in a Bedouin neighborhood.
"This is a serious incident that must become a wake-up call for the government. It is clear to criminals in the Negev that their representatives in the coalition will condone not only their construction offenses but also violence and trampling of state symbols. They must be found and punished as severely as possible prevent complete disregard of what is left of Israeli governance in the Negev," they said.
