A resident of Ma'ale Adumim, who has been previously arrested for swindling charities out of millions of shekel, attempted a similar scheme targeting a Yeshiva in Jerusalem. Students grew suspicious of his conduct and invited him to a meeting on a false pretext, during which police detectives arrested him for questioning.
