El Al flight cancelled after flight attendant tests positive for COVID

An El Al flight from Frankfurt to Tel Aviv was cancelled after a flight attendant was diagnosed as positive for the Coronavirus.

The attendant had her test taken in Israel prior to takeoff and boarded the flight before test results had a chance to arrive. Upon arrival in Germany, she received a positive result and the flight back to Israel was subsequently cancelled.

The plane, expected to have 130 passengers onboard, returned empty to Israel.
