The Health Ministry has completed a study from July 2020 that shows that vaccinated people with pre-existing diseases are more protected against serious COVID-19 symptoms than those without.
The data were examined by age stratification among different age groups aged 40 and over and segmented by reported background morbidity (as reported in epidemiological investigations), and by pre-infection immunization status.
