The Finance Ministry has distributed to the public its draft of the Arrangements Law, which is supposed to be introduced within the framework of the state budget for 2021 and 2022.

Included in the draft are various reforms such as the plan to increase the retirement age for women from 62 years of age to 65, within the next 11 years. The government also plans to impose a 'congestion fee' for the Gush Dan region.

At least one idea that had been floated does not appear in the draft: that of increasing the rate of property tax on householders and decreasing the rate paid by businesses.
