The Supreme Court has rejected an appeal to establish a commission of inquiry into the affair concerning Netanyahu's involvement in the purchase of several naval vessels. The presiding judge nevertheless wrote in the verdict that 'A cloud of suspicions and questions still hangs over this affair."
