Residents of the Kumi Ori neighborhood of Yitzhar, in Samaria, have planned a summer festival to defy the military blockade around their neighborhood, including refreshments, children's activities, and a street market.
"Kumi Ori has been under military blockade for nearly two years," the residents stated. "This is an order intended to harass the Jews living here and which does nothing but create animosity between the residents and the soldiers. The time has come to end this injustice."
