Minister of Transportation, Labor's Merav Michaeli, addressed members of her party during a faction meeting today.
"We need a balance between public health, economic stability, and a continuation of daily life as we know it. That's the idea behind the way [we're managing incoming tourists and those making Aliyah to Israel]," she said.
