In light of the security calm that has been maintained recently, after a security situation assessment and the approval of the political echelon, it was decided to expand the fishing area in the Gaza Strip from 9 to 12 nautical miles, starting this morning.
In addition, it will be possible to import medical equipment, fishing equipment, raw materials for industry and textiles, from Israel to the Gaza Strip through the Kerem Shalom crossing, as well as more agricultural exports and textile exports from the Gaza Strip to the territory of the State of Israel.
