Foreign Minister Yair Lapid will today be the main guest of the Council of EU Foreign Ministers to convene in Brussels.
Political sources told Haaretz that Lapid would take advantage of the meeting, in which 26 foreign ministers from EU countries would take part, in order to "reboot" relations with Europe.
