A 16-year-old youth from Rishon Letzion has been indicted for trading in illegal substances, selling cannabis to minors.
The youth is suspected of selling cannabis to minors over the past few months, using WhatsApp to conduct his trade. Police found an unusually large amount of the drug in his home that could not be explained away as merely for his personal use.
