The Supreme Court has ruled that the law that allows for the sweeping denial of benefits from a minor's parents while one of them is incarcerated for security offenses violates the right to equality.
The court gave the Knesset a period of one year to address the flaws in the law, among other things, after the state clarified that it was promoting amending legislation.
