The administration of the Ministry of Justice has appealed to the Labor Court to issue a restraining order against the Bar Association's planned strike, which is being held against the background of the Civil Service Commission's to change the rules for hiring prosecutors and legal advisors
The Ministry of Justice stated: "The management of the Ministry of Justice will make every effort to resolve this issue quickly and to minimize damage to the public that could result on the planned strike."
