United Hatzalah volunteers from Netanya were called to the aid of an older man who had been found unconscious in a hot car in Netanya. The man was found by passersby who called emergency services for help after spotting the man sitting in a parked car unmoving on Karminyan Street.
United Hatzalah volunteer EMT Yechiel Gottleib who was one of the first responders at the scene relayed: "This was a man in his 70s who was spotted sitting in the back seat of a parked car in a parking lot. When I got to him he was in critical condition with signs of having suffered heatstroke. Together with other first responders, I performed CPR on the man at the scene. He was then taken to Laniado Hospital while still undergoing CPR."
