PM Bennett referred to his efforts in the battle against the newest strain of the coronavirus to hit Israel.
"My administration is doing everything within our power to avoid hurting Israel's economy and allow life to continue in its regular vein," said Bennett.
Bennett is convening a ministerial committee to deal with the Delta strain. The cabinet is discussing government policy and possible courses of action in the face of rising morbidity.
