US to transfer 1.5 mil vaccines to Guatemala, 2 mil to Vietnam

As part of its international excess vaccine-sharing program, the US Health Department has pledged to transfer 1.5 million doses of the COVID-19 vaccine to Guatemala and 2 million doses to Vietnam.
