Jewish man who shot Arab stealing his car convicted of manslaughter

The Be'er Sheva District Court convicted Aryeh Schiff, a Jewish man from the southern city of Arad, of manslaughter for shooting an Arab thief who had broken into his home and tried to steal his car.
