This morning, an exercise began to examine the system of summoning the reserve forces in the IDF, during which telephone calls will be made and text messages sent to the reserve servicemen in the various units.
The IDF Spokesman stated that the purpose of the exercise is to examine and improve the readiness of the reserve recruiting system. The exercise will continue until the evening hours and was planned as part of the pre-determined training regimen.
