A joint force of IAF aircraft and Israel's aerial firefighting unit 'Elad' took off at noon to assist Cyprus in the country's firefighting efforts. IAF planes will bring with them 20 cubic meters of flame retardant materials and other firefighting equipment to help Cyprus's firefighters.
