A military Hercules (C-130) plane crashed in southeastern Philippines, according to the country's military commander today (Sun).
According to reports, the plane was carrying 92 passengers and staff. The pilots missed the landing and crashed into a nearby village.
At least 17 of the passengers onboard the flight have been declared dead.
