There are now three 'red' cities in Israel: Kfar Saba, Kochav Yair and Tzofim. According to data from the Ministry of Health, Ramat Hasharon, Modi'in-Maccabim-Reut, Netanya, Ofra and Rishon Lezion are classified as yellow.
