Foreign Minister Yair Lapid has sent his best wishes for a speedy recovery to the Chabad emissary in Boston, Rabbi Shlomo Noginsky, who was stabbed yesterday in what appears to have been an anti-Semitic attack.
"I send my best wishes for a swift recovery to Rabbi Shlomo Noginsky who was stabbed in what appears to have been an anti-Semitic incident," Lapid said. "We are praying for your welfare."
