Israel's Chief Rabbi, Rabbi David Lau, addressed Miami's Jewish community in wake of the disaster which saw a south Florida complex collapse and dozens of residents buried beneath the rubble.
"We're [all] praying for a miracle [finding and saving people buried in the debris of the fallen structure]," wrote Lau, adding, "Offering you my support in this difficult time."
