Commissioner Kobi Shabtai recommended that the Minister of Defense, the Minister of Internal Security, the Shin Bet and the Prime Minister allow Itamar Ben Gvir to ascend the Temple Mount this morning, in keeping with his guaranteed freedom of movement as a member of Knesset.
