MK Musi Raz (Meretz) has submitted an urgent proposal to the Knesset regarding crime in Arab society.
"Without adequate enforcement and a zero-tolerance policy for illegal weapons and criminal enterprises, a spirit of lawlessness will prevail and illegal arms will kill more people," Raz said.
