Chief Rabbi of Israel: "Court ruling is a blow to Jewish law"

The Chief Rabbi of Israel, Rabbi David Lau, responded to the Supreme Court's decision to overturn a Rabbinical court ruling, saying: "I think this is an offence against both the Jewish image of the state and the concept of the family. It is a pity that we are unable to find some common ground in this matter."
