R. Heruti, a Chabad emissary to Miami, commented on the building collapse. "This is one of the largest Jewish communities in Miami. We pray for a speedy recovery for the wounded. People said they heard trapped people shouting; there are still 18 Chabad followers, mostly adults, unaccounted for."
