It was reported that Russian President Putin arrived in Geneva about 30 minutes before his scheduled meeting with US President Biden today (Wed).
According to a report in the Washington Post, Putin has a long-standing record of keeping world leaders waiting to meet him.
The report said Putin kept Donald Trump waiting for 45 minutes in the last meeting with an American president and had former Secretary of State John Kerry waiting more than three hours during Kerry's visit to Russia.
