US President Biden is slated to meet Russian leader Vladimir Putin on the sidelines of the G7 summit in Geneva today (Wed).
ABC News reported that while Biden referred to Putin as a "killer" a number of months ago, he also described the Russian leader as "bright" and "tough."
"And I have found that he is a -- as they say, when you used to play ball -- a worthy adversary," said Biden.
Reuters quoted a Kremlin aide as saying that, "nuclear stability, climate change and cybersecurity, along with the outlook for Russian and U.S. nationals imprisoned in both states" were on the agenda for the meeting.
