Residents of Modi'in Illit banded together to catch thieves following a wave of burglaries. Tonight they caught a Palestinian Arab suspect, who sprayed pepper spray on them - and then, according to police, the residents beat him.
An IDF soldier who was at the scene fired into the air to keep the residents away, Kan News reported.
