Chairman of the Religious Zionist party Bezalel Smotrich addressed the new government in an interview on Kan News.

"Since the election I have not been interviewed in the media at all, I have been involved up to my neck in forming a right-wing government, I have invested all my time and energy to prevent the formation of a left-wing government with terror-supporters. I also met with Bennett. There were also draft agreements, Naftali torpedoed it," he told Kalman Lieberman.

"I separated from Bennett when he marked a goal for himself to replace Netanyahu, so he joined the Left. Everything was set up in advance."
