Sources in the Democratic Party told Kan News that Bennett has an opportunity to open a new page with the party, to return to a state of bipartisan relations.

"There is a chance here, and quite a few party members are also interested in it," the sources said. One source said that "there are serious concerns about Bennett's views on Palestinian annexation and rights, but Democrats will be open to working with him and the coalition. Ultimately, it is the policy that is going to affect the relationship, not one person or another."
