A 34-year-old resident of the central city of Petah Tikva was stabbed Saturday morning during a fight in Lod.
The victim, who suffered serious injuries, was transferred to Asaf Harofeh Medical Center, while the stabber, a 29-year-old resident of Lod, was arrested and taken for interrogation.
Israel Police will request that the stabber's arrest be extended.
