Elkin appoints old friends to the Ministry of Housing and Development

Businessman and entrepreneur Aviad Friedman, former chairman of the Community Centers Company, is expected to be appointed director-general of the Ministry of Construction and Housing, under incoming Minister Ze'ev Elkin - a longtime associate.
