An IDF spokesman said that during the night, IDF forces conducted extensive searches following the identification of footprints of two suspects in the area of the border fence with Lebanon. The search for the suspects continued and was also transferred to the care of Israeli police.
IDF forces are deployed in the area and are working to protect the residents. From the findings of the searches, it was apparently not a terrorist attack. The incident will be investigated. The residents of the localities near the fence were instructed to return to routine.
