Palestinian Authority chairman Mahmoud Abbas has ordered a payment of about 140,000 shekels to the family of the terrorist Muhannad Halabi from Ramallah, Kan 11 News reported on Sunday.
Halabi murdered Rabbi Nehemia Lavie and Aharon Bennett in Jerusalem in 2015.
