23 migrants from Africa drown in shipwreck off Tunisia

At least 23 migrants from Africa drowned in a shipwreck off Tunisia on Tuesday as they tried to cross the Mediterranean from Libya to Italy.

The Tunisian Red Crescent said that 70 other migrants were rescued.
