The head of the Binyamin Council, Israel Gantz, welcomed the decision to cancel the construction of the sewage facility in the Ma'ale Adumim area.
"After great efforts and a long and stubborn struggle, we have received the good news we have been waiting for a very long time. I am personally very excited about the good news and would like to thank first and foremost the public representatives that have led this struggle, dear members of the community who have taken this public burden on their backs," Gantz said.
