The Green Now organization welcomes the Ministry of Finance's decision to cancel the tender for the construction of the waste facility near Ma'ale Adumim, thus preserving the environment and the quality of life of the residents.
In a decision made today by the tenders committee, after the petition held last Thursday by Supreme Court President Esther Hayut, who allocated the state a week to respond to the tender, it was decided that plans to build a waste facility near Ma'ale Adumim would be canceled and dropped from the agenda.
