An Israeli source involved in the details of the talks between Israel and Egypt, the United Nations and the United States, on the planned rehabilitation mechanisms for the Gaza Strip told Israel Hayom: "If we're being realistic, it will not be possible to prevent Hamas from getting its hands on supplies and, apparently, on the money that will enter Gaza".
According to the Israeli official, as long as there is no Israeli ground presence, the international control and supervision mechanisms are limited.
