Shefi Paz, a leading anti-migrant activist in southern Tel Aviv, was arrested by police during a counter-rally at a left-wing protest in support of the Bennett-Lapid "change" coalition.
"It would have been better if the police had dealt with the [Arab rioters] in Lod and Akko instead of bullying around Shefi Paz," read a note from the southern Tel Aviv office in the fight against illegal immigration.
