The retrial of Roman Zadorov, who was convicted in the Nazareth District Court of the murder of the girl Tair Rada, is expected to open today.
The hearing, which will probably take place in the presence of Zadorov, will deal with the request of his lawyer, Adv. Yarom Halevi, to receive early testimony from Ola Kravchenko, who was previously questioned on suspicion of involvement in the murder and to ban her from leaving the country. The prosecution opposes the request.
