21-year-old Ahmad Iwada of the Abu Tur neighborhood of Jerusalem has been indicted on charges of assaulting Jews along with dozens of fellow Arabs.
The Arab rioters smashed car windows in the area and attempted to attack a passer-by, who was forced to threaten them with a gun to avoid getting hurt.
